Anisa Benitez is an artist, storyteller, and mindfulness leader living in Los Angeles, CA.

Anisa's mission is to inspire creativity and mindfulness. Her guided meditations, mental health advocacy, and mindfulness content can be found across social media, on BuzzFeed, on her podcast Create To Liberate, among other places. She has worked with top brands to share more mindful content, such as Athleta, Keys SoulCare, Wix, BetterHelp, Adobe, Lincoln,

She's had acting roles in American Sports Story: Aaron Hernandez (Hulu), Wu-Tang: An American Saga (Hulu), American Horror Story (FX), in numerous independent film productions, as well as in her own award-winning short film. Learn more here.

In 2020 Anisa transitioned from Brand Marketing Manager for YouTube Music and Marketing Consultant at Google's Area 120 (a startup incubator) to pursue life as an artist. Formerly she worked in marketing at iconic brands, such as YouTube, Google, TIME Magazine, Entertainment Weekly, Fortune Magazine, and RCA Records under Sony Music Entertainment.
